This Park St. Montclair Medical Center roof got the ultimate treatment – a double cleanse with medium-pressure power washers and industrial roof cleaner! Roof4Roof team left no stone (or shingle) unturned, meticulously identifying and repairing any weak spots in the roof's details and penetrations. Then, for a truly watertight seal, we deployed a two-pronged attack. First, GE trowel-grade Silicone was strategically applied around all roof flashings and corners. Finally, the entire roof was coated in a generous layer of GE Silicone Roof Coating, creating an impenetrable shield against the elements!
