To prevent future roof leaks around all the old mounting posts and angle iron, the crew cleaned, flashed and double flashed each penetration, one by one, with watertight rubber and approved accessory flashing products. They also went the extra mile, making additional repairs in all the areas where leaks had been a problem before. Finally, to ensure a fresh, finished look, they scraped and painted an adjacent wall with top-quality masonry primer and paint.
