Our lead production foreman, Luis D, aka, Pepe, tackled a recent roof project in Carlstadt, NJ! Pepe and his roofing crew completely stripped off the old roof membrane and replaced all the plywood decking and reinforced the compromised parapet walls. The crew then installed a 4 part roof process, which was topped off by a Johns Manville Fully Adhered .60 MIL EPDM roof system – a top-of-the-line system designed for long-lasting performance.
