Our team at Roof4Roof recently tackled a crucial maintenance project at Staples in Riverdale, NJ. To ensure optimal performance of the building's HVAC unit, we removed the surrounding river rock and paver slabs. This allowed for a thorough cleaning of the EPDM membrane – the critical waterproofing layer beneath the stones.
Any identified issues with the membrane were promptly addressed using Johns Manville EPDM membrane, cover taper and black lap sealant, guaranteeing a watertight seal.
