Roof4Roof actually consolidated 3 crews for this flat roof restoration coating project, led by foremen Alberto V and Luis D, the crews tackled a recent project at a West Orange, NJ assisted living facility called the Cliffs at Eagle Rock. To ensure a long-lasting solution, they cleaned the entire flat roof, not once, but 3 times! This thorough cleaning prepped the surface for optimal adhesion. Then the teams made all the needed repairs to the granulated roof surface, seams and penetrations and topped off the roof with two coats of GAF's TOPCOAT ACRYLIC coating system, creating a durable and weather-resistant barrier, guaranteed for 15 years!
